Custer State Park Buffalo Round-Up PackageFeel the Thunder and excitement of the annual Custer State Park Buffalo Roundup the last Monday of September. Watch cowboys and park staff gather the Park's 1,500 head of buffalo and drive them into the corrals. After the roundup, be on hand while crews brand, sort, and vaccinate the herd in preparation for the fall sale.
